• I have a passion for business, sales, marketing and branding, and hold a Digital and Social Selling Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI).

• As a Certified Training Professional (CTP), I have delivered many training, development, and certification programs by Microsoft and Adobe to corporate clients in office applications, soft skills, web design, and various other technologies. 

Diploma in Life & Executive Coaching

• I have a Diploma in Life & Executive Coaching from Positive Success Group (PSG), and a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 6 Distinction in Professional Coaching Practice & Ethics. 

Active Member of ICF + EMCC Coaching Community

• As a Coach, I have delivered 500+ hours of coaching to a diverse range of clients. I am a registered member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

• I hold an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) as an Accredited EMCC Coach at the Senior Practitioner Level that recognises my professional practice, skills, experience and education in the Coaching profession.

• I am certified in Emotional Intelligence with with Multihealth Systems (MHS) EQ-i 2.0 and Multihealth Systems (MHS) EQ-360, a validated framework assessing 15 skills across Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management to enhance leadership, team dynamics, and performance.

• I am Hogan Certified in Hogan Assessments to an Advanced Interpretation and Advanced Feedback level. The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory (MVPI) assessments are used for selection, high-potential, leadership, and executive development.
