As a lifelong learner, the process of learning excites me. I actively seek new and exciting opportunities to learn and continue my personal & professional development.  

I hold a BSc in Computer Science (1H) from University College Dublin (UCD), where I also studied Maths, Physics, Geology and Psychology as part of my undergraduate education. I love business, sales, marketing and branding, and I have a Digital and Social Selling Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI). I am a Certified Training Professional (CTP) and have delivered many training, development, and certification programs by Microsoft and Adobe to corporate clients in office applications, soft skills, web design, and various other technologies. 

I have a Diploma in Life & Executive Coaching from Positive Success Group (PSG), and a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 6 Distinction in Professional Coaching Practice & Ethics. I am a Global Gallup Strengths Coach, certified in Emotional Intelligence with Multihealth Systems (MHS) EQ-i 2.0 and Multihealth Systems (MHS) EQ-360. I possess a GlobeSmart Profile Certification for improving global teamwork, developing cultural intelligence, and enhancing inclusion within an organisation. 

I am Hogan Certified in Hogan Assessments to an Advanced Interpretation and Feedback level. The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory (MVPI) assessments are used for selection, high-potential, leadership, and executive development. I am a Certified Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery, which helps individuals understand themselves and others through colour energies that contribute to personal growth and team dynamics.  

I hold a TA101 Certificate in Transactional Analysis (TA), a psychological framework that examines interpersonal communication and behaviour through the interplay of three ego states (Parent, Adult, and Child) to improve self-awareness, relationships, and personal growth. 

As a Coach, I have delivered 500+ hours of coaching to a diverse range of clients. I am a registered member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I hold an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) as an Accredited EMCC Coach at the Senior Practitioner Level. 

I've completed 50+ additional qualifications, certifications and licenses from leading educational institutes, including IDEO-U, Stanford, Duke, Berkeley, ExecOnline, 10Behaviours, Association of Talent Development (ATD), Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), and the Irish Management Institute (IMI). 

I am a Fellow Level Member (FLDI) of the Learning & Development Institute in Ireland. In my career, I have immersed myself in subjects ranging from design thinking, instructional design, digital disruption & transformation, change, innovation, productivity, communication, team collaboration, high performance, leadership, and coaching to mental health and well-being that demonstrate my ongoing commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD) and the industry I love and serve.
