I was born and live in Dublin, Ireland, with my family. I am a husband and the proud father of two wonderful daughters. 

I enjoy having fun with my family, travelling, comedy, coffee with friends, listening to podcasts, watching movies and documentaries. I love learning about sports, psychology, design, business, technology, personal growth, leadership, organisational culture and the future of work. I am a lifelong and fanatical Arsenal supporter. I enjoy sports, including running, cardio fitness classes, swimming, football (soccer) and padel tennis for health & wellbeing. 

With over 20 years of experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry, Think Shift Grow was founded from a passion for L&D and grounded by a purpose to help and support diverse clients succeed through creative solutions and collaborative partnerships.
