I was born and live in Dublin, Ireland, with my family. I am a husband and the proud father of two wonderful daughters. 

I enjoy having fun with my family, travelling, comedy, coffee with friends, listening to podcasts, watching movies and documentaries, and learning about sports, psychology, design, business, technology, personal growth, leadership, organisational culture and the future of work. I am a lifelong and fanatical Arsenal supporter. I enjoy sports, including running, swimming, football (soccer) and racket sports for health & well-being. 

With over 20 years of experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry, Think Shift Grow was founded from a passion for L&D and grounded by a purpose to help and support diverse clients succeed through creative solutions and collaborative partnerships.
