I have 20+ years of experience as a Learning & Development (L&D) leader, business partner, consultant, designer, program manager, facilitator and coach for public, private and individual clients. 

As an L&D practitioner, I've worked for global brands, including Twitter, PayPal and Dell, where I led strategic learning & development, training and learning technology solutions globally. 

I use my intuition to analyse the current situation and collaborate with others to craft strategic solutions to trigger engagement, facilitate change, cultivate learning, and encourage growth to enhance business and individual performance.

My occupational identity is forged from diverse work experiences gained from supporting different companies, industries, and business verticals and leading teams to deliver effective programs, experiences, and solutions across the L&D spectrum. 

From consultancy, instructional design and development, curriculum design, training delivery, workshop facilitation, mentoring, coaching, learning technology solutions, and program & project management to leading teams, I've gained invaluable knowledge, skills, and practical experiences in how to structure, design and deliver different modalities to support learning.

As a learning architect, when one size fits none, I am skilled at translating client needs into customised and impactful learning experiences. I've created, designed and delivered innovative in-person, online eLearning, virtual and blended learning experiences for thousands of learners. 

As a technologist, I've worked on both the vendor and client sides to implement various authoring tools, learning experience platforms, content portals, learning management systems and technology solutions to enable learning at the global enterprise scale. 

As an experienced global program, project and curriculum design manager, I enjoy embracing, researching and learning new subjects, technologies, theories, concepts and processes and bringing structure and clarity by being proactive, agile and responsive. 

My strengths in strategy, leadership, relationships, communication, and collaboration, combined with my business & commercial acumen, have helped me build enduring personal, business and cross-cultural relationships.
